Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council

Crewestone Technologies, Inc. (CTI) developed the concept, design and production of the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council’s MIC awards event; an annual gala in the Emmy Awards hosted by, former NBA star turned Sportscaster/Entrepreneur, John Salley. CTI fully scripted and formatted a 90-minute live fast-paced, multi-media, entertaining and humorous awards program. Our responsibilities encompassed production design and set up, live multi-camera production which included a live feed, video playback on rear-screen projection and music playback as winners approach the stage to receive their award.

Crewestone Technologies President attends Dartmouth College Executive Management Program

Crewestone Technologies, Inc. (CTI) developed the concept, design and production of master scripts and video presentations for the United States Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). CTI’s task was to provide an overview and introductory explanation of the religious issues that routinely impact U.S. military operations throughout the Near East region. This series of programs is divided into eight (8) “lessons,” each approximately 60 minutes in duration. The series topics covered range from an introduction to the impact of religion on military operations; the history of the religions in the Near East; the relevant beliefs and practices of religions in the region; and, contemporary religious issues affecting military operations in the area. This is a multi-year contract.

Crewestone Technologies President attends Dartmouth College Executive Management Program

Crewestone Technologies President, Robert  (Tony) Taborn attended the annual executive training program at Dartmouth University's Amos Tuck School of Business, New Hampshire.   The Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (VMSDC) offers the one-week management program annually to their members on a competitive basis. This intensive program was created specifically for executives of minority-owned firms.  Phillip Morris USA sponsored Mr. Taborn.

City of Hampton’s Celebrates 40th Anniversary of Founder’s Day

It was truly a great celebration.  The City of Hampton’s 40th Anniversary of Founder’s Day, held at ceremony Fort Monroe’s Continental Park, with activities at Buckroe Beach was video documented by Crewestone Technologies on July 9, 2007.  Executive Producer Lauren Yee directed CTI’s video crew as Hampton’s citizens cheered, sang, marched, danced and saluted during all of the festivities. Hampton, VA Anniversary excitement began with the American Flag Dedication as the 129th Army National Guard Band of Nashville, TN performed the National Anthem, and other patriotic favorites.  A parade of MIRT Fire Boats, cannon salute, and a flyover by World War II fighter planes also marked the  gala occasion. 

Crewestone Technologies, a certified minority vendor providing video production and technology based in the City of Hampton, will edit this event into a broadcast program to air on local cable access.

Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN)

Crewestone Technologies, Inc. (CTI) was awarded the master control integration project for Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN), in Manhattan, New York. This project includes a total technology upgrade of MNN's master control facility from analog to digital signal format. This is a multi-year contract.
